My own story began when I looked in the mirror one day and thought, “I literally hate this.”
My clothes all fit tight, I could feel my stomach bulge over my pants when I sat down, and I detested seeing photos of myself. It was all a reminder that I wasn’t taking care of my body and heading down a road that I didn’t want to go.
I had some deep body image issues, but I also had some bad habits. All of it needed help. I was a mess.
In my search for results, I went down some extreme paths – counting calories, severe food restriction, hours and hours running - pure misery, pain and heartache. My body and mind weren’t any healthier.
Finally, after a degree in Exercise Science and becoming a Certified Strength Coach & Certified Nutrition Coach, I learned better and wiser methods to getting the results I wanted.
For over 15 years, I’ve made it my mission to help women ditch the extreme diets and workout programs, and get the lasting results they really want - in the simplest, easiest way possible!
