Hi, I’m Megan.I know firsthand that back and hip pain doesn’t just hurt your body, it hurts every aspect of your life.

Most people know me as a nationally certified strength and conditioning expert and a happy, active mom of two. But I’ve personally experienced my fair share of back and hip pain, too.

For years, I worked in physical therapy offices and training facilities that had me on my feet up to twelve hours a day, creating chronic stiffness and pain in my low back and hip flexors.
